Dr. Emeka Aludogbu

Dr. Emeka Aludogbu (known by many as Dr. Emeka or Dr. E) is a Dallas-based sports medicine doctor, chiropractor, and health educator. With extensive experience in recovery and performance, he has worked with elite athletes worldwide and is recognized for his innovative approach to healing.
 

In 2016, Dr. Emeka was selected as the first chiropractor to serve as Sports Medicine Doctor for the Nigerian Olympic Track and Field Federation at the Rio de Janeiro Olympics, even before completing his doctorate. He has since treated athletes from the Dallas Mavericks, Dallas Cowboys, Great Britain’s Olympic Track and Field Team, and the Philadelphia Eagles during Super Bowl 52.
 

Beyond sports, Dr. Emeka specializes in injury care, chronic pain management, and regenerative medicine, combining advanced techniques with a unique soft tissue treatment approach. He also speaks at universities and events globally, sharing insights on health and wellness.
 

A proud Nigerian native raised in Houston and Long Beach, Dr. Emeka now calls Dallas home, where he is raising his 13-year-old and competing in Jiu Jitsu. Whether helping professional athletes perform at their peak or supporting patients in reclaiming their health, Dr. Emeka is dedicated to empowering people to live life on their own terms.

Dr. Adam Parsons

Dr. Adam Parsons was born in Dallas, Texas, where he excelled as a multi-sport athlete before earning a 4.0 GPA while playing varsity football at Texas Tech University. He graduated in 2008 with a degree in Biology and minors in Chemistry and Spanish, then went on to attend medical school at the University of Texas in Houston.
 

After completing his Internal Medicine residency in 2015, Dr. Parsons pursued a fellowship in Sports Medicine and Interventional Pain Management in Fort Worth. His practice has since evolved to emphasize lifestyle and wellness, encouraging patients to focus on physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. He is deeply committed to building strong relationships and ensuring that patients understand and feel aligned with their care plans.
 

With more than 10 years in practice, Dr. Parsons has expanded his expertise into Functional and Regenerative Medicine. By blending traditional and innovative treatment modalities, he develops individualized protocols that help patients achieve their highest potential and embrace a long, healthy, and fulfilling life.

Adrienne Allen

RN, BSN, FNP-BC, CWCS

Adrienne Allen is a seasoned nurse practitioner and certified wound care specialist with over a decade of experience managing complex chronic wounds across home health, long-term care, inpatient and outpatient settings.  Known for her meticulous documentation style and patient-centered approach, she brings advanced clinical expertise in debridement, amniotic stem cell grafting, and hyperbaric medicine to optimize healing outcomes. 

As a collaborator with multiple organizations for full-service wound care, Adrienne is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care while empowering patients through education, innovation, and individualized treatment plans.

Michelle Newton

R.N., RNFA., FNP., APRN-BC

Michelle Newton is a Family Nurse Practitioner and writer dedicated to holistic healing and wellness for patients of all ages. From a young age, she pursued medicine with passion, earning her Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Nursing from Baylor University’s Louise Herrington School of Nursing.
 

Her career began in Neonatal Intensive Care, Acute Care, Traumatic Injury, Pediatrics, and Family Practice. She has since expanded into Integrative and Functional Medicine, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Regenerative Medicine, and Emergency Care. Known for her thoroughness, Michelle investigates root causes and empowers patients with treatment options tailored to their unique needs.
 

Beyond medicine, Michelle is a mother of four who enjoys coaching gymnastics, skiing, tennis, and supporting her children in their many pursuits. She is also available for speaking engagements, writing projects, and special consultations.
